Discussion Board 3

I found the video on you could grow new brain cells very interesting. I am a fitness trainer as a hobby and I like to share things that will help people be healthy and live a better life. This is defiantly information I can share with my clients.  I never knew the brain could generate new brain cells. This is great news, and as exercise increases the growth of brain sells. I always thought if you killed your brain cells they do not come back.
To find out we, as adults are able to grow new neurons is great news. I now have a new reason for motivation for working out going to the gym. Running is one task that will increase the growth of new neurons.
The innovation for this video does not have much to do with my vision for the future, but this discovery will have a large impact on medicine. I would think this might be something to help with the treatment of alheizemsers disease. Neutrons are responsible for memory. I see this having a big affect on medicine and humanity as a hole.
The only force that will impact this discovery is your own body. When medicine begins to develop to increase these unirons, ethnical is use may be involved. I am not sure how medical scientist will have to make this medicine or how they will be able to make the human body produce these neurons. If this has any impact on stem cell research then, ethics will be involved. Society is not accepting of stem cell research because of certain ethnical factors.
You as a human begin will have the most impact on this discovery. This should motivate most people to eat better, get more sleep, and limit stress in their lives. Sleeping will increase your neutron growth this means planning your every day life to insure you have enough sleep. This is not always an easy task these days with unforeseen situations and business scheduled. Limiting stress is another way to increase neuron growth. This is hard to do stress is usually unforeseen, eating well and enough rest will help limit stress.
This is not in my research for this class, but I can see how this can have a big impact on my life in the future. I always look for new motivation for my clients to eat, well and exercise, Most people are only temporary motivated by this and do not make a lifestyle change.
